A new way to work on content

We are rolling out Ideas, a new working surface inside the content creation OS.

Ideas are not mere notes. They’re designed as the place where content is shaped into something ready to record.

Just like Posts are the unit of work for editing, Ideas are now the unit of work for recording.

Conversational by default

Ideas are developed through conversation.

Instead of writing scripts, you describe what you want and explore angles. Rkive builds the structured draft along the way.

Because Rkive understands your previous posts, performance, and strategy, the result fits your voice, your audience, and the platform you’re recording for.

Built for production, not just text

An Idea is more than a block of words.

It can include cues, timing guidance, and production notes. What you end up with isn’t a note you translate later, but a draft that understands how it will be captured.

Directly connected to recording

When you tap Record on an Idea, Rkive’s camera opens with it loaded into the teleprompter. You can review it, make adjustments, and start recording right away.

If the Idea changes, the camera reflects the latest version. Writing, planning, and recording stay connected in one intelligent workflow.

It’s not about making a digital sticky note. It’s about creating a new medium of work that fully leverages AI and is tailored to content creation.

Scheduled like a shoot

Ideas can also be scheduled.

Instead of being published, they trigger a reminder when it’s time to record. They function like production call sheets, helping you plan recording sessions.
